Privacy Policy

The short version

The calculator runs entirely in your browser. The dates and breeds you enter are never transmitted to us, never written to local storage or session storage, and never stored on any server. Close the tab and they are gone.

What we do not collect

• Your breeding dates, lambing dates, breeds or any calculator input.
• Accounts, there is nothing to sign up for.
• Cookies for tracking or advertising.

What we do collect

Contact form

If you choose to send us a message, we receive the name, email address and message you submit so that we can reply. The submission is processed by our form provider and delivered to us by email. We use it only to respond to you, and we do not sell or share it.

Server logs

Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (IP address, user agent, requested page) for security and reliability. These are not linked to any calculator input.

Third parties

• Hosting, serves the site and may keep the technical logs described above.
• Google Fonts, fonts are requested from Google's CDN on first load, which exposes your IP address to Google. Once cached, the page works offline.
• Form provider, receives contact-form submissions only when you send one.

Your rights

Because we hold almost nothing, there is usually nothing to export or erase. If you have sent us a contact message and want it deleted, email hello@sheepgestationcalculator.com and we will remove it.

Children

The Service is intended for farmers and breeders and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
