1. Acceptance of these terms

By using the Sheep Gestation Calculator (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service is an estimate, not veterinary advice

This is the most important term on this page. The Service calculates an estimated lambing date from a breeding date and an average gestation length. Gestation length varies between individual animals, breeds and circumstances.

The Service is not veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment. It must not be relied upon as the sole basis for any animal-health, breeding, medication or husbandry decision. Always consult a qualified veterinarian.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the estimates produced will match any actual lambing outcome.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage, including animal loss, veterinary costs, lost income or consequential loss, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its output.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not republish the Service as your own product.

6. Intellectual property

The design, code, written content and branding of the Service belong to us. You may freely use the output of the calculator (your own dates and plans) for any purpose, including commercial farming.

7. Changes

We may update these terms or the Service at any time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
